September 2007 Newsletter: How is every one doing over this HOT summer, I am a winter baby so I pray for snow every day. The Center now offers Reiki classes and sessions in Spanish and we offer sessions in the body speaks with Gladys Cuello. The Course of Miracles in coming in October and CEU credits are offered for some of our courses. We now have beautiful crystal and gem stone jewelry for sale. We offer mentoring for young men ages 13 and up. As you can read we are changing to meet the ever  growing to meet the needs of the community.

July Newsletter 2007

 Happy 4^th of July, Going with the Flow is sometimes harder then you think for our mind gets in the way so here are some simple tips that will help you.

Connect – Move your body –step from behind the stove or counter or desk and breathe deeper, stretching your arms over head –or do anything you can do to connect yourself to your energy.

 Feel- Put your attention to your heart, maybe place your hands on your heart. Send loving thoughts to your heart, remember a time of great joy.

 Inquire- Ask what you need right now. Then ask what it is you want? Then What is it you do not want?  How can I get gentle with myself in this situation? You can ask these questions as many times as you want.

 Allow- trust that by connecting, feeling and inquiring, you will sense what your next step is. This process will inform and direct you.

 Apply- Take action, taking small actions of trust builds your “trust muscles.” All the answers you need are within you.

 Here are some other questions: What do I need to dump out of my brain to make more space for what I would rather focus on?

 What am I most satisfied with?

 How and where can I slip away to a mini-retreat soon?

 Is there something I am doing for someone else that I actually want to do for myself?

 How much of my heart am I willing to shine out into the world?

 What makes me sing for joy and jump out of bed in the morning?

What one thought could I change today that would allow me to be more at peace?

 What am I ready to let go of ??

 What happens when I want something but can’t have it? Or, don’t have it yet?

 I hear pro’s and con’s about the Secret, all the time. I  know what has worked for me and for years I have studied the Law’s of Success by N.Hill , Ponders books on Prosperity, and Wayne Dyers  ,Power of Intention” all about positive thinking and projecting what I want in my life. The only way to change from negative  to positive is thru paradigm shifting.Your words are so powerful as you know ,words can hurt and also make one feel great, You are at choice which is it feeling great or bad what is it that you want ?

 The moment we shift our consciousness & recognize the spirit value concealed within our hardships, a sparkling the new diamond is formed. What’s more, the bigger the obstacles the more sparkling the diamond we create. From the 72 Names of God

May 2007 Newsletter:

Happy Spring to you all. Spring came in with a blast and plenty of water to show the emotions of the world and ourselves. This year is a roller coaster ride and will continue to be so till next year. Clearing and cleaning up on all levels and for those who love avoidance read the new book “Living the Truth” by Dr. Keith Ablow. I have come up with a list of 10 principals to help in times of ups and downs so enjoy and incorporate as much as you are willing at this time: 

1. Always picture success

              Negative thoughts delete and replace with positive ones immediately

2. Do not build obstacles in your mind by over thinking, you are sabotaging your good and you may be paying a price you don’t have too.
3. Do not be awestruck by others, use them as your mirror and become the best you know how.
4. Repeat 10 X’s a day that Your faith is your source and is always there for you and how can someone or thing be against you when you have faith in yourself.
5. Find a competent coach or counselor who can assist you in understanding the origins of your self doubt and fears so that you can get on with your Authentic Life.
6. Say to your self that you can do all things with Source at your side.
7. Estimate your own abilities then raise the bar by 10X’s believe in your in your own powers.
8. Affirm that you have all the power you need to meet life’s demands.
9. Remind yourself daily that Source, Spirit, God, Buddha or what ever you believe in is always with you. Knowing you are never alone and that you now believe that you have the power to receive all that is good.

 Emerson said, “Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain.” Practice confidence and faith and your fears and insecurities will soon have no power over you.

April, 2007 Newsletter

The office has finally moved and its great, lots of parking and easy to get to. I am bringing in all new workshops, and the Mystica School of Wisdom has joined us Myra Burley the founder/director will be conducting workshops out of this new location, you may view the first of several courses coming which starts April 15th on the website. Two certification courses are coming: EMF Balancing Technique and Overlight (Spiritual Psychology), I will have dates on them by next week, remember these are certification courses they are both posted but without dates till next week.

So many changes, as most of you know I have been in this profession for more then 20 years and am still looking for interesting courses that will assist in awakening the human condition. I receive so much in the way of email and mail about new courses and after reading them they all seem the same, thank God for the delete button. I have finally found a modalities that I feel will change healing practices and lives for ever or at the quality of life, one of these courses comes from Honolulu and the modality is Signature Cell Healing Technique you can read all about it on the website the dates : May 5th & 6th . I had been asked how come I am so passionate about Cranial Sacral therapy, because I have seen the amazing results of the work and I am one of those results, we as human beings always want the quick fix, well there is no quick fix, if you choose to do drugs you are taking a risk like non other in my opinion. I have seen cranial sacral work wonders for persons with ADD/ADHD and LD, I have seen persons with cancer recover quicker, and I have a friend with a son who is now 20 something, he was born with CP and at the age of 5 when I had meet him, he was in a wheel chair, and today at 20 he walks and is in college and if you did look for the signs you would not even know he had CP. I also feel it extends life, out of all the modalities I practice I will always include Cranial Sacral the miracles never stop happening.

Some of my Reiki students have asked if they could receive the Reiki Master Energy without becoming a master teacher, yes who am I to refuse someone from having this energy, this energy is to be used for healing and should never be withheld, so the answer is yes, on Saturday, March 31st at 11a.m.- 1p.m. I am offering Reiki Master attunements at a cost of $100.00 you will receive your master attunement and master symbols as well plus a certificate that states you have your master energy but are not able to teach Reiki. I found this email from the Kabala Center and I feel what it is saying is so appropriate to my Coaching practice and to ones Spiritual Journey:

The constant self-reflection and desire to improve that is required of spiritual work is not easy. It is not uncommon to think: “I’m fine the way I am. Why must I fix what isn’t broken?

This mindset is actually “spiritual slavery” This type of thinking leads us to stay in the wrong relationship or an unfulfilling job-simply to avoid the painful process of self- understanding and change.

Resist the temptation to be a slave today. Push yourself. Find a way to go to a new level in whatever it is you are doing.

Over the years on my own personal journey I have found that if I did not work on my persona that even when I wanted to move forward I could not, because old paradigms’ or beliefs would get in my way. It’s all fun and good to attend workshops, lectures but to commit to do the work on ourselves takes courage and strength. If it is that important to you to find your authentic self , neither money nor anything else can or will get in the way of that journey. Spirit always finds the means for you to do your work.

February, 2007 Newsletter:

Namaste’ to you all, well Chinese New Year is here and if you go to the Feng Shui site and click on the newsletter you can read about the Year of the Pig. Move 27 items or better yet dispose of 27 items to make space for new. Be careful of all health problems this is a good year to learn meditation or yoga.

The office is moving to 150 West End Ave in Somerville, and we will be located in Suite #8 beginning March 20th. I look forward to seeing you all there. My phone number and email will remain the same.

The office has many new classes visit upcoming classes/events on the website. I have decided to move the Women’s festival to another month yet to be determined. I will send a notice out and add to my website as soon as I have a date.

Mercury Retro has started and will end March 7th but give 3 days out to make sure its out of the way, this is a time not to purchase new appliances, computers, cars or sign documents. It is a time just to watch and observe. Do not let others get to you, communication is important but only when we are hearing as well as listening. Look at mercury retro as a gift of insight and you will see the miracles it brings.

I hope you have seen The Secret and if not make time to do so. I will be showing The Secret and the two Oprah Winfrey Shows on The Secret on February 22, from 7-9:30 and the follow up evening the group will pick, cost is $30.00 each evening. It’s really interesting for over the past 10 years I have taught The Secret through a 12 week course and now it’s a big thing, what I find interesting is that more people are ready to hear the message. Old messages always come out in different ways so the masses who are ready to hear will hear. Change is on its way and neither you nor I can avoid it so just have fun with it.

Dr. OZ was on the Oprah Winfrey Show the other evening and mentioned that Energy Medicine is the Medicine of the World, I believe he is the healers best alliance from the medical world He believe in what we do whole heartedly. Energy Medicine is here to stay and our practices will be more needed as time moves forward into the age of healing. If you are a healer I would suggest you add the words Energy Medicine to your business card and or website. Do you realize how many of us watch the Oprah Winfrey Show and how she has impacted our lives? Maybe she should run for President?

January 2007 Newsletter:

This Year I Will Transform, Reflect, Heal, Create.  My Best Life Begins Now!
 
This is my creed for the New Year, I love to reflex on my past to see where I am going. Although life is a great mystery do we really know where we are going?

I am always asked by someone what is their destiny an purpose. The answer is that in what ever ways you see fit you are here to serve humanity without attachment and having a non-judgmental attitude towards others.

I teach my students about how each and every one of us has a story and that when we judge others we may be judging ourselves. We do not know the other persons story and if we took time to see or hear their story then it would change our perception of a person or a situation.
This year take time to see the story and know your own.

One day I was in the office feeling really bad, worrying over situations of which I have no control over and then I received a call from a friend. Her daughter 21 years of age was taken to the hospital, the doctors found 2 tumors in her stomach, right then I stopped and said what’s wrong with this picture? I am worrying for debts I may not owe. Debts are multi level, emotional, physical, monetary. So I placed my focus on other more important things.

My intentions for the Life Coaching Center is to find a new location for the office by June or before in Somerville, or the Bridgewater area. To bring to you new courses, which offer exciting ways in which one can enrich their spiritual journey and find new avenues of expression and creativity please go to events/classes link above and preview the first 2 months of the new year.

This year has brought about a lot of endings for me, and in 2007 new beginnings arising. The saying when one door closes another opens, believe it. November 7, 2006: Newsletter

Hi Everyone sorry I have not written to you in a long time, so many changes.

I have just gotten back from Canada, assisting the owner of Grail Springs Spa Feng Shui it. I took 4 days to work the project the spa is on 1000 acres and overlook a lake. Visit it at www.grailspringspa.com we changed most of the rooms around and made the grand entrance amazing her business has increased and she just let me know about a book deal that will be signed for this week.

I want to thank all the vendors and lecturers for their time and energy on the day of the conference. A lot of miracles happened, 2 vendors were offered jobs and another vendor her product will be placed in area restaurants. One of the healers also was hired by a day spa and we got to donate a load of food to the food bank.

The Life Coaching Centers herbal protocol is amazing our parents of ADD children are amazed with the effects so many of them are on the protocol for themselves.

I welcome Ireen Weinstein to the office she is a Guided Self Healing consultant.

The New Chinese New Year is the year of the Pig and around Jan 8th I will let you all know what is in store for each animal.

September 2006: Newsletter

My name is SuZen I am the director of the Life Coaching Center, as some of you have read in my bio, I had ADD from the age of 4, in my case I received a hit to my frontal lobe by a swing thus leaving my brain wiring unique and not like everyone else's. Some of you are thinking your born with it.

My personal experience with sessions and being trained in Cranial/Sacral and Seemorg Matrix have lead me and many other professionals to the belief is that one can actually acquire ADD from a blow to the frontal lobe early in life. I could not do what I do today if it was not for my cranial sacral sessions and herbal protocols that I have followed. Seemorg matrix also feels that there is a way to release the memory of the accident to the frontal lobe which I do believe is true, so for those of us who have acquired ADD from a hit to the frontal lobe I will be trained in the memory removal of that accident. I am being selfish of course for I myself want this to be done. In my experience of cranial sessions my head wants to release the memory but has not found the exit route of yet. I will tell you I am better balanced in my right and left hemispheres then I was when I didn't have cranial treatments. Almost everything you read will refer to ADD/ADHD as a result of a chemical imbalance in the frontal lobe of the brain, well think about it if you receive a direct hit to the front of skull when young would that not impact your frontal lobe. Some of you also know that I had studied the principals of Feng Shui for many years with Masters from the Orient, and England. There is this essential step to follow when dealing with ADD/ADHD & LD is to de-clutter, the clutter is what make you crazier, this is related to organization and how do you organize when you're on overload all the time. You take small steps, asks someone to help you; your mess is not that different from someone else's. It's the road blocks that we create that do not allow us to get organized, as simple as not finding a box to put stuff in, then we just give up so the mess stays a mess. So we need to come up with a strategy that fits your needs. That is where a coach can and will assist you in finding the strategy that fits your brain wiring. I assist parents with special need children to set up their bedrooms and play areas specifically to meet the child's daily life. In an office it is important that clutter not be an issue so I've been asked to come in an organize the office with an intention that there will be another person working in the office that can follow through after I leave, at times I am asked to return just to make sure all is kept up. Your saying you have ADD so how can I do this? my Feng Shui training was a big step to me getting organized in my life and there are principals to follow which then I have a plan to follow. One must set a specific time, date and with whom they are willing to do the task, even if its one book case at a time.
