Phone coaching allows clients to connect with an coach that really fits their personality, goals, and challenges.
There are 3 good reasons why phone coaching works: Quality Service, Convenience, and Consistent. Most of all flexible hours and efficiency for no travel time, parking, and no traffic.
What does a month of phone coaching actually look like?
Work sessions: Week 1: this session last any where from 45-60 minutes the dialogue and instruction covers the primary topics, like goals and challenges, skills, knowledge, and setting strategies and systems to move forward.
What are the desired outcomes, short term, long term
What action plan can we put into place this week, this month.
What are the issues & obstacles that get in the way?
What support or resources are needed?
Support Sessions: Week 2 & 3
Short phone sessions 15-30 minutes in duration
Are you working the plan and what have you learned about your ADD/ADHD?
Where are you stuck? What is needed to get unstuck?
How can you apply new skills, systems and support?
Check In: Week 4
Twice a week in week four (4) emails are exchanged and the purpose is continuity and accountability. You receive feedback and encouragement on a regular basis, knowing you are not alone.
