SuZen, Mental Intuitive /Spiritual Counselor, MSW  -  Director

SuZen’s journey started with her divorce.  She was thrown into a thousand emotions all at once and learned real quick that she didn't know who she was. After many years of therapy and still on the same circle of personal baggage SuZen started looking for alternative method of healing. It has taken many years to find herself and look at her personal control issues, insecurities and stand in her person power. SuZen's mission was to find techniques that would help and assist those who were willing to change using a quicker resolution then traditional therapy.  She has found that if you do not change old belief systems you remain in the same place you are and repeat the same behavior over and over again. This is why we do not move forward in life. To really change one has to be ready to look at old warn out paradigms and change them. This takes work and commitment its not a one step process but, it does not have to take 3 years. The longest a client has been with SuZen is 9 months. In the process SuZen became her own witness to her life without beating herself up. SuZen now has made a commitment to take action by assisting others to know that they are not “broken”, but “unique”. With her experience as a mental intuitive SuZen is able to cut to the chase and access your old warn out beliefs thus helping you to change  to new and exciting behaviors that will help you achieve a Bigger Vision of Yourself and you will Stand  Empowered in your Authentic Self.

SuZen found her passion in complementary methods of healing. Now, having been trained in various complementary care modalities, and studying with peoples around the world, she is able to assist others on their path of healing without drugs, using methods that allow the body to heal itself. SuZen's rich experiences offer her clients and students philosophies and therapies, that give back power to the individual. She comes from a place of Love.

SuZen is trained as a social worker and received her MSW degree from Rutgers University. One of her internships was at Douglas Campus with autistic children, work which continued with special needs children in the Piscataway School system.  SuZen journeyed to South America several times to teach, and also has attended Upledger Institute to study Cranial/Sacral and other healing modalities. She has been trained in hypnotherapy as an imagery counselor, thus incorporating all the studied modalities, past and new. Suzen had taken her Spiritual journey in Peru which had changed her life on all levels of her being. Having the privilege to study with His Holiness the Dali Lama for 2 years had only reinforced her mission in life and that was to assist people evolve. .

SuZen has sat as a member of the New Jersey Coalition of Massage Body Workers & Somatic therapies for five years. She was one of the first to open a Holistic Health Care facility in New Jersey; she worked on the committee of holistic programming for CNBC; and, has sponsored speakers such as Dr. Bernie Siegel and Deepak Chopra and later became a student.  SuZen has been trained directly by Richard Bandler, the engineer and founder of neuro-linguistic programming, and John LaValle.  Certified in Design Human Engineering, she is a Louise Hay trainer and has trained with Dan Milman, Steward Wilde, Wayne Dwyer, Shacti Gwaine, and many others. Over the past several years, she has studied Flying Star Feng Shui with Masters from China, Japan, and England to help parents in the design of their homes and children’s rooms that match the elemental needs of the child for feelings of well-being.

The American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists; International Coaching Federation; and the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association. Her company, The Life Coaching Center, LLC, is a member of the Somerville Professional and Business Association, and Powerful You! Women's Health Network. SuZen herself is a member of the Somerset County Leadership Program and Somerset County Cultural Diversity Coalition. SuZen has run the Soup Kitchen and coordinated the kitchen volunteers for the holiday seasons for SHIP for 14 years, has volunteered at the Somerset Medical Center located in Somerville, N.J. for over 10 years and has helped raise monies for The Cancer Wellness center located in Bedminster, N.J., and Life Ties, a housing facility for women and their children with HIV/AIDS in Pennington, N.J. When holding events her businesses support the Food Bank of Somerset and Morris County.
