SuZen sees coaching as
a "professional art of assisting, challenging, encouraging,
supporting and inspiring an individual to live a happier, balanced life
style and to achieve their ultimate performance and potential . It is
neither counseling nor therapy ...it works on the present and towards
the future . And it's all to do with getting Results". SuZen helps her clients bring insight
and clarity to all situations, assisting in their transformations so
that they are able to move forward in their lives with confidence and
ease. Transformation requires both hard work and commitment, but its
rewards are profound. This is a 3 month passage with SuZen which
entails homework, and commitment. You will become your own witness to
your through your personal spiritual journey, allowing you to
see your life paradigms and issues with compassion free of judgment.
She often tells her clients that they are not “broken”, but “unique”.
With her experience as a healer and mental intuitive, SuZen is able to
break down the client's old worn out beliefs holding him/her back from
growing and establishing new, exciting behaviors that will help him/her
achieve a "Bigger Vision
of Yourself".

SuZen has invested 34 years of studying with
indigenous people from Central America, South America, Tibet, India and
Japan to bring healing back to its roots. Her work bridges many
worlds. She encourages one to find his/her own life path and to live
it in accordance with the word. SuZen is trained in various complementary care
modalities; she is able to
assist others on their path of healing without drugs by using methods that
allow the body to heal itself. SuZen's rich experiences offer her clients
and students philosophies and therapies that empower the individual. SuZen
operates from a place of love.
SuZen is trained as a social worker and received her
MSW degree from Rutgers University. One of her internships was at
Douglas Campus working with autistic children. Her work with
children continued though the Piscataway School system with special needs
students. She has been a student and teacher of the Kabala for 20 years.
Her spiritual journey also lead her to South America several times, where she taught and
later became a student of the Inca & Toltec mysteries in which she
learned to shift realities and heal. SuZen has also attended Upledger Institute to study Cranial/Sacral and other healing
modalities for several years. She had the privilege to study with His Holiness the
Dali Lama for 2 years, which has reinforced her life mission to assist
people in their own transformations and help them evolve in
consciousness.
SuZen has been a member of the New Jersey Coalition
of Massage Body Workers & Somatic therapies for five years. She opened
one of the first Holistic Health Care facilities in
New Jersey. SuZen has worked on the committee of
holistic programming for CNBC, and has sponsored speakers such as Dr.
Bernie Siegel and Deepak Chopra, from whom she later became a
student. SuZen
has been trained directly by Richard Bandler, the engineer and founder of
neuro-linguistic programming, and John LaValle. She is Certified
Louise Hay trainer. She has also trained with such notables as Dan
Milman, Steward Wilde, Wayne Dwyer, Shacti Gwaine, and many others. Over
the past several years, she has studied Flying Star Feng Shui with
Masters from China, Japan, and England. SuZen is a Feng Shui
practitioner and teacher. She has assisted parents in the design of
their homes and children’s rooms to harmonize with the elemental needs of the
child to create a or feeling of well-being. She has also designed
offices for large small corporations to create a harmonious, productive
environment for employers and employees.

Somerset County Leadership Program and Somerset County Cultural Diversity
Coalition. SuZen has run the Soup Kitchen and coordinated the kitchen
volunteers for the holiday seasons for SHIP for 14 years, has volunteered
at the Somerset Medical Center located in Somerville, N.J. for over 10
years and has helped raise monies for The Cancer Wellness center located
in Bedminster, N.J., and Life Ties, a housing facility for women and
their children with HIV/AIDS in Pennington, N.J. When holding events her
businesses support the Food Banks of Somerset and
Morris County.

Self-Mastery
The client will see and accomplish more then ever believed possible
by confronting and overcoming F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing
Real). Self-mastery will allow for a richer and fuller
perspective of life and its experiences. This process trains the
client by incorporating the four major components of Commitment, Study,
Practice, and Emotionalization. One of the first lessons teaches the
client to communicate in the first person, avoiding intellectual, analysis
through the use of "you". By using the first person, the
client internalizes and emotionalizes all of the knowledge he/she possess
rather than merely intellectualizing it. "I believe...",
"I feel...", "This is affecting me..."--this
simple exercise encourages the client to take ownership and avoid subtle sabotage
of the ego. The ego can interfere with consciousness though
self-delusions. A person will think about what he/she is feeling
rather then truly feeling it. The ego also interferes by closing the
mind to the truth--people believe they already know what the truth
is. The ego misleads people into thinking they are conscious when
they are in fact merely thinking about it. "The mind makes a
great servant, but a lousy master." With Self-mastery, the self
becomes the commanding master of the client's life. The goal of
Self-mastery is to teach the client to become aware of his/her own grace,
to make his/her activities conscious, and to become spiritually
awakened. The client will become aware of "being in the
world but not of it." Enlightenment alone leads to
intellectual faith. Faith without action dissipates enlightenment,
making it elusive. Self-mastery will assist the client on his/her
journey to have both enlightenment and empowerment. The client will
become a creator of his/her universe and become a Self-mastered being of
love and light.
