The
spiritual journey
is the one to your own heart; the path of self-discovery and
the experience of your divinity. As your “Spiritual Guides” we
endeavor to inspire you to abolish those obstacles that are
preventing you from traveling your sacred path. On our
spiritual journeys you will:
-
Engage
them in removing the limitations your mind has created -
causing conflict, drama, confusion and unhappiness in your
life.
-
Experience
class, meditation, ritual and
ceremony
-
Transform
and create a life of joy, enlightenment and unconditional
love.
On these spiritual retreats you will make new friends that
share the same desire for spiritual community as you do. These
connections are very special and often last a lifetime. We
work hard on these spiritual retreats but we also have great
fun. We play, laugh a lot and enjoy ourselves thoroughly!
Raven Heart's Pennsylvania Retreat
(women only)
NEW DATES: April 9, 10, 11, 2010
This
retreat will be held at
Kirkridge Retreat Center located at, 2495 Fox
Gap Road, Bangor, PA 18013
Check out Kirkridge's web site at
http://www.kirkridge.org/
. The Center is
55.7 miles – about 1 hour 13 minutes
– from the Life Coaching Center.
Directions
Since 1942, Kirkridge Retreat and Study Center has been
providing a place for rest and renewal to pilgrims along
life’s journey. They are located on the beautiful
Kittatinny Ridge of eastern Pennsylvania near the Delaware
Water Gap and the Pocono Mountains region. Their
hospitality, beautiful vistas and sacred ground have blessed
and continue to bless countless lives.
A few highlights of this retreat will be:
a journey through the magical labyrinth on
site. A labyrinth is a popular spiritual
discipline in which a person walks a spiral path that
symbolizes the spiritual journey.
Morning and evening exercise will be conducted. A
healing Aztec ceremony, shape shifting and more will be
part of the weekend.

Also a silent meditation (silence practice) at
the onsite Thor's Gate.
At The
Columcille (http://www.columcille.org)
outdoor sanctuary,
next door to the retreat center, we will
hold morning meditation. There are many spiritual stone
sites at Columcille

The Infinity Gate
It stands opposite the massive stone
archway of Thor's Gate and suggests to all who enter that
these are portals into a world of myth and mystery where the
veil is thin between the worlds.
To make the passage from one gateway to
another is to embark on a journey into another kind of time --
one that moves not from beginning to end, but beginning to
beginning.
|
What do the stones mean? |
|
|
They are
pre-Celtic, primal and archetypal energies and styles. The
settings are in circles and menhirs (single standing
stones). They provide a sacred playground for the Human
Spirit to dance, to encounter the mystery of the Earth's
creation.
For some
they are Celtic, for others, a ground of mystery to
explore. They mean whatever one finds in their midst

Food Service At Kirkridge
|
At Kirkridge all of the
meals are freshly prepared in the kitchen. The emphasis is
on healthy, nutritious vegetarian dishes with meat as an
option. At Kirkridge they serve three tasty meals a day
with fruit, tea and fair trade coffee always available.
Because all meal times are occasions for fellowship and
celebration, the kitchen staff at Kirkridge pays attention
to the appearance, the nutritional content and the taste
of food. Meals are prepared from scratch, recognizing that
food, in its natural state, is a gift from God. The care
and attention they give to meal preparation reflects our
commitment to nourishment of the physical body as well as
to the spiritual aspects of breaking bread together.
At Kirkridge the most
special diets can be accommodated. Please make SuZen aware
of your special dietary needs when your deposits are made
to Raven Heart Retreats so she can let the kitchen know.

What Makes Sedona so Special?
Located in Arizona's high desert under the towering
southwestern rim of the vast Colorado Plateau, the city of
Sedona is blessed with four mild seasons marked by abundant
sunshine and clean air. Ideally, the annual average high and
low temperatures are 74.7 and 45.7 degrees, respectively.
The majestic red rock scenery and evergreen vegetation are
two reasons for the unique energy of Sedona and its tangible
regenerative and inspirational effects. The red-orange color
of the rock is one of the most neuro stimulating of colors. It
enhances creative thinking and problem solving. Because Sedona
is framed year round by green, visitors are also bathed in
sense of hope and renewal, regardless of the season. The
spectacular trails and overlooks provide numerous
opportunities for prayer, and contemplation.
Sedona is also internationally known for the uplifting power
of its Vortex meditation sites. Two aspects of those sites
make Sedona truly special. First within a very small
geographical radius you can easily access all the different
types of vortexes (upflow/masculine/electric,
inflow/feminine/magnetic, or combination /electromagnetic,
etc.) Second, the Vortex sites are interwoven with the real
world of a growing city. As a result, seekers have experiences
in how to live their spirituality as they go through their
daily lives. Rather than having to escape from civilization to
find peace, visitors discover that Sedona's splendor gives
them insights for how to create an inner harmony they can
maintain once at home.

Included in this retreat will be A visit with Merlin . See Merlin's Chair in the photo on the
right.
We
will also visit the largest ghost town in the USA in Jerome,
Az.
Part of the retreat will feature Vortex Tours w Sedona
Vortexes are places on the land where the electromagnetic
energy is strong and brought to the surface. They are
intersections or follow lay lines of the earth’s meridians, or
grid systems. Active, flowing, spiraling patterns of distinct
healing force, subtle yet powerful.
The Sedona Vortex can be activated within each individual who
journeys to them through intention and for some, a bit of
guidance.

non profit organization.
Lee
has spent several decades investigating ways to develop the
potential of the human brain. His lifelong pursuit of brain
centered training methods has helped thousands of people
around the world achieve healthier bodies, improved
learning, business success, and personal empowerment. He
believes that humanity, by focusing on the brain as the
final determinant factor of human consciousness and
behavior, will unite people worldwide in creating a
peaceful, sustainable way of life within this century.
